The Trust for Public Land is a return client who I couldn’t be happier to work with again. Their office was expanding and they needed help deciding between several options for where to put their new space and how it would function. Beyond that, they requested help designing a space that reflected their organization’s mission to create parks and protect land for people.
We went through a few iterations of the design concept. Because their work is so heavily involved in park space, we begin by creating a space that would reflect a park feel without being too literal. TPL had a great selection of their own photography showcasing their great work. When The Ranch preservation photos showed up in my inbox, and I knew the new offices were for the Southwest District office, the design evolved to reflect the mood and feel of the the American Southwest.
Let's take a peek at what it looked like before.
